The Community Levee Association exists to ensure Loudoun County's felicity and vitality. Just as a levee protects a community from damaging flood waters, we seek to persuade our local governments, community groups and businesses to build appropriate restraints against any influences that threaten virtues essential to social stability. We also sponsor positive initiatives that nourish and preserve virtue.
